With approved design, Accra-Fab can start the manufacturing process.

We develop a set of quality parameters for each job: tolerances and other specifications that will ensure the product that is delivered meets high expectations.

In our 155,000 sq. ft. facility, we offer complete manufacturing services, including the following:

Each machine operator is a skilled craftsman, having undergone hours of initial training and constant training updates every year. As the part evolves through the process and goes from flat metal material to a formed metal part, you can be assured that your part is in good hands along every step of the process.

Our shop is designed in the natural flow of a project--from the dock where raw material is received, through all aspects of the shop, and to the dock where finished products are shipped out. All jobs are tracked on computer and move through the system with project files attached.
